The Frost & Sullivan Sr. Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) for our ICT business unit will be part of a regional team dedicated to delivering leading-edge research and best-practice models to markets such as; communication services, unified communications & contact centers, mobile & wireless technologies, IT applications & services and cyber security,
The primary responsibility of the Sr. BD Executive is to secure new business and foster strong relationships with existing clients through sales of the full suite of Frost & Sullivan's services to Latin American customers based primarily in the Andean and Southern cone regions. The ideal candidate will be client-focused with excellent business development, sales and account management skills.

Responsibilities:
Your primary objective is to maximize sales with the accounts in a pre-defined book of accounts. This is to be accomplished by listening to your clients' needs and matching those to the Frost & Sullivan solutions.
Lead efforts in building and executing account strategies and the client relationships in existing and new regional and global accounts at all levels. This includes, in particular, relevant pre-sales activities, building senior management client/partner relationships, uncovering and qualifying opportunities, understanding requirements, delivering presentations and proposals in order win new businesses.
Work with clients via phone, email, social networks and in person to understand their objectives and needs. Work with the analyst team to match these needs with Frost & Sullivan's service lines.
Give client presentations as means to develop new or on-going business relationships.
Ensure that Frost & Sullivan customers receive the highest level of customer service.
Drive the development and implementation of strategic account plans and achievement of sales targets, and overall growth of the revenue base with assigned accounts. Meet quarterly & annual sales target.
Serve as the primary Frost & Sullivan executive responsible for the client relationship, and developing trusted advisor relationships with senior client executives and decision makers.
Complete all stages of the sale process including: qualifying activities, client meetings, needs assessments, delivering formal presentations and proposals and closing new business.

Essential Skills:
Business development and sales skills necessary to identify and close complex consulting and content opportunities.
Success and experience with pre-sales activities, strategic account planning and management-proven ability to identify and convert client business goals and objectives into solutions
Aptitude to write and present proposals to clients to negotiate and close profitable contracts.
Proven ability to interact effectively with fulfilment teams working on complex projects.
Although primarily an individual contributor, display proven management and leadership experience.
Strong interpersonal skills
Confident with the ability to present and liaise at senior level
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills
Strong financial and business acumen (client business drivers)
Exceptional problem identification and problem solving skills
Proficient in services selling, solutions selling, consultative selling, and value based selling methodologies in general.
Understands consulting as a business, demonstrates competency (or capacity to be successful) in the ability to translate customer/business requirements into business solutions and successfully position with customers
Skilled with engage senior client management in discussions regarding our solutions, the client's industry and business model
Willingness and availability to travel (twice a year)
Team player and when required be able to work independently
Must thrive in a global, entrepreneurial environment
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. (Portuguese is a plus but not required)

Qualifications:
Minimum of three years' experience of professional services sales, preferably with a well-known strategy consulting or business process consulting firm
Strong sales background/Proven records
Previous industry experience in Information & Communication Technologies markets
Practice and success in a business development/revenue generating role
Bachelor's degree. MBA or M.S. preferred
Bilingual in Spanish & English required
