Job Purpose: Develop and align the marketing strategies for the franchises in line with the Global and Latam Region Marketing vision, priorities and strategies. Execute together with their team the marketing plan in order to achieve the sales targets and market share determined for the franchises assigned. Assure the proper allocation of resources driving market growth and controlling A&P expenditure.

Key Accountabilities:

- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, brand tactics and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor strategic and tactic plan to guarantee the achievement of marketing and financial objectives
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Lead creative and innovative development, and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to "take action"
- Develop value proposition for the different segments and customers.
- Assure the success of new product development (launches and entry barriers)
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Coach the team (FF) regarding marketing and medical issues
- Responsible of submitting promotional material in 4M (see SOP of promotional materials)
- Analytical and decision-making compentence: budget, product and promotional strategies, price, customers, and field force to drive market growth.
- Strategic-thinking and result-oriented compentence: marketing and brand plans with long-term vision, identifying long range opportunities and prioritizing according to their impact on the business

Job-holder requirements:

Education: Undergraduated in administrative careers, Industrial Engineering, Advertising and Marketing or related. Preferably with MSc Marketing or with MBA

Experience & knowledge: 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical market or in mass consumption market, with at least 3 years of experience as Product Manager

Core competencies/skills: Strategic Thinking, acting for Change, result orientated, Cooperation, Team Leadership, Interpersonal Skills, Assertive Communication

Language: English Mandatory
